Mannat Collections: will accept returns with genuine reasons & defect. 

Return request & Time

  • Mannat Collections’ - we have a very flexible returns policy which is absolutely customer friendly. Mannat Collections’ products: If you do not find the product satisfying, you can return it as long as the following conditions are:
  • Return request - regarding retuning need to be filed within 24 hours of product delivery
  • Customers - should make sure that the products that are returned, should reach MC office within 6-8 days from date the return request is accepted by Mannat Collections's team
  • Customers also need to send an image of the product & a digital copy of the invoice of the product while filing complain.


    Our shipments are carefully inspected before dispatching it from our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:Please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition


    We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the tags/ posters
    Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit of your  sent courier
    We are not liable if the returned item is lost in transit by customer's courier partner

 

Colour and Hues

  • Cololurs - light or dark shade colour difference in actual product and its photo on website
  • Exactly same as the photo do not fulfill the return criteria as there may be certain variations between the product of such colours as seen on website and actual product.
  • The details of the products or product specifications (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as shown on the website of Mannat Collections are only approximate values While Mannat Collections shall make all endeavours to ensure accuracy of order of the product,
  • variations Color: However; there may occur variations in colour of the actual product against that shown on the website due to nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying

  • Digital Display: Differences in display output due to lighting, digital photography and colour settings and capabilities of monitors. Some Colour like Turquoise Green and Turquoise Blue, black & Dark Blue has always very from Original and Screen of mobile / laptop/desktop's LED and LCD screens

International Return

  • International Shipping: in returning shipping Expences is not Mannat Collections liability 
  • International Shipping & Texes: not Mannat Collections liability 
  • International Parcels & Delay: due to countries holidays or working day is out of Mannat Collections Control

International Parcels & custom Process

  •  The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please ensure you familiarize yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. These duties are charged once an order reaches its destination (delivery country) and vary with each country.
  • Cost of duties will vary widely from country to country and cannot be predicted by Mannat Collections. All charges are levied by the local government agency and no margin or profit is taken by Mannat Collections. We recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering to avoid any unforeseen charges
  • You may be able to claim back any duties and taxes paid at your local customs office if you return an item. Please contact your country's customs office for more information.
  • We strongly recommend 'track your product and fulfill your country customs gridlines

 

 Processing delays within the destination country may affect delivery.

 

  • Our parcels normally arrive in the destination country within 48 hours and any delays in delivery are due to the destination country being unable to process their items quickly. This is out of our control and we do advise customers to check the tracking information sent to them regularly, ensuring customers when to expect delivery of their item or whether to contact the relevant customs authority within their country to make payment of duties and taxes. 
  • When a parcel is delivered to the destination country, that country is responsible for the delivery. Mannat Collections is not responsible, and cannot be held liable if the postal service of the destination country fails to deliver on time or loses the item due to negligence or theft.
  • Please note, the shipping option of FedEx, DHL, UPS,Aramex... are not available during the Xmas / New Year period/counties national holidays

 

UNCLAIMED or REJECTED PARCELS:

  • Parcels that are returned to us as 'Unclaimed' or 'Rejected' by the customer on delivery will not be refunded. The customer will be issued with a credit, note valid for 12 months. 
  • We provide full tracking for all parcels (via email alert) and it is the responsibility of the customer to 'track' their item and ensure they are available to sign for the parcel.

Each store should clearly describe its returns and complaint policy, so the customer has no doubt how to procced in case of withdrawing from the contract or filing a complaint about a purchased product.
